TIS Welcomes The Year Of The Ox

TIS celebrated Chinese New Year in style on Friday, January 16 as students from Pre-K to Grade 12 performed a variety of songs and dances to usher in the Year of the Ox. The hard work and hours of practice were apparent in all of the performances, including the Lion Dance which wrapped up the morning and afternoon concerts. To everyone's surprise, one of the lions turned out to be none other than Principal Mr. Hryhirchuk and Vice Principal Mr. Stribbell!
