Classes & Exams Suspended For The Morning

The DSEJ has announced that all classes and exams have been cancelled for the morning.  Afternoon classes and exams will resume in the afternoon.

The printed version of the newsletter will be phased out at the end of this school year to make way for the new TIS blog for all news and event information. TIS Program Gets Injection of Funds

Many thanks to Wynn Macau for donating MOP 1.4 million to TIS’ "Business Supports Education" program! The funds will enable TIS  to continue its high quality academic and extra curricular programs.

Cantonese Language Course

If you've always wanted to learn Cantonese, here's your chance! The Women's General Association of Macau is offering a Cantonese course in Taipa with all tuition fees going toward the victims of the earthquake in Sichuan, China. The course runs every Saturday from June 22 to July 13 and is offered at two different times: 11-12:15 p.m. and 12:30-1:45 p.m. The cost is MOP 750. Click here for registration information.

TISPA End-of-Year Party!

TISPA is throwing an end-of-year bash for TIS parents and teachers on Fri, May 31 from 6-8 p.m. at Spirito Bar at the Venetian (back bar at Portofino's). It's always a great time, be sure to stop by and enjoy a beverage and some delicious canapes. We hope to see you there!

Volunteer Tea

Don't forget - our annual volunteer tea is tomorrow! Join us on Wed, May 29 in the MPR from 1:30-3 p.m. for tea, coffee, sandwiches and cupcakes. It's our way of saying thank-you to the many volunteers who make TIS such a great school community!
