Disney's High School Musical on stage

TIS Secondary students will be performing High School Musical on Stage at the MUST Auditorium:-

2 December, 7pm
3 December, 7pm
4 December, 2pm

Tickets are 40MOP each.

College of the Rockies will visit TIS, 29 and 30 November

Successful Infocus Photo Exhbition

Congratulations to students on their successful photographic exhibition at the Venetian. Opening night, 19 November, was aired on the local television station TDM.

Students are studying photography, animation, graphic design and video production in class. This was the first opportunity for them to display their work.

The opening night was a huge success and the positive feedback on work very encouraging.

Thank you to Mr Whyte for arranging the event and Mr Loney for arranging the space at the Venetian.

TIS/Scholastic Book Fair

Primary students will receive book catalogues in their newsletter, Friday, 12 November.

Dates for ordering books are 19-29 November. Books ordered during this time will give TIS a 20% credit on any books the school orders.

Ordering books is secure and online and delivery of books will be direct to your home.

All books in the catalogue are at special prices for this book fair.

TIS Tigers Update

The Senior Boys Soccer Team will be competing at the Canidrome on Sunday, 14 November at 2:00 P.M against the Escola Luso-Chinesa Tecnico-Profissional. Come and cheer them on to victory!

The Cross Country Team, featuring students from Grade 4 to Grade 12, will be competing on Sunday, 14 November from 8:00 a.m to 12:00 noon at their annual meet at Guia Hill.

ESL Speech contest

Two TIS students will be competing at the ESL Speech Contest on Saturday, 13 November at 4pm at the Macau Polytechnic Institute.

One TIS Junior High student will participate at 9am and 2 Senior High students at 10am on Sunday, 14 November.

InFocus Photographic Exhibition

CTS students will be holding an exhibition of their works at the Venetian, Shop #2022.

Official opening, Friday, 19 November, 7-9pm.

Gallery will be open from 10am-5pm, 20-21 November and 4-9pm, 22-23 November.

Parent Cocktail party

Thursday, Nov 4 in MPR 7pm-9pm
Come for a glass and wine and snacks and great company! Howard Stribbell is hosting this Cocktail Party so that parents can come and meet one another. Come out and meet more of the TIS community. The TISPA Executive will also be announced. This is a come and go event so feel free to drop into the cocktail party before or after the Phonics Session being held in the library.

Phonics Information Session

Come and learn more about the phonics strategies used at TIS and how you as a parent can work with your child to improve reading and spelling. Sessions will be conducted in English (6pm) and Cantonese (7pm).
