Y Now Youth Summit starts today

The TIS Youth Summit kicks off today at TIS for Grade 10-12 students and 28 visiting students from the Calgary Board of Education, Canada. An exciting 3 days is planned for students to listen to presentations from business leaders in Macao and Hong Kong and participate in community outreach projects.

Students will be inspired, challenged and encouraged to make a difference, now and in the future.

Primary Track & Field Results

All elementary students at TIS competed in our 3rd Annual Track & Field Carnival in early March. All students worked hard to prepare for their events in classes prior to the competition and each put forth their best effort during the meet. The top three scores and times for boys and girls of each grade were recently awarded at our assembly. You can view our top three finishers in the result list.

TIS Donates to Queensland Flood Victims

Grade 6 student Trae Robin presented a cheque for over $HKD6000 to Mr Gavin McDougall, Director of Public Affairs, Australian Consulate-General, at the Primary Assembly, 2 March. The monies were raised by the TIS community during our Chinese New Year concert for flood victims in Queensland, Australia. Local media attended the event and the presentation was aired on TDM.
