Cold & Flu Season is Here!

The cold and flu season is definitely upon us and we would like to remind parents and students to practice healthy hygiene. This includes washing your hands frequently, avoiding contact with your eyes, nose and mouth, and keeping disinfectant wipes and gels handy. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water and getting enough sleep are also helpful ways to fight the flu and cold. Students who are unwell should be kept at home and seen by a doctor.
