TIS Celebrates Book Week

TIS held a variety of events to promote Book Week from March 3-7th. Visiting author and wildlife photographer Jan Latta recounted her exciting adventures in the wild, and storyteller Jan Mann told her special brand of fun and engaging tales to kindergarten and elementary students. Other activities included an "edible book" competition, singing contest, bookmark design competition and trivia quiz. Book Week is held annually at TIS to celebrate the world of literature and give students the opportunity to meet authors.
