New School Fee Payment Option

We have negotiated alternative payment options with BCM bank to allow parents a variety of methods to pay their children’s school:

1) Credit Card Payment – We have installed a credit card machine in the office so that parents can pay fees using VISA or Master Card. As well, those with China Union Pay debit cards can pay fees using this method.

2) Over The Counter Bank Payment – Parents can pay their school fees at any BCM bank. We will include a deposit slip with the school fee invoice. If parents wish to pay at the bank, they just need to bring the deposit slip with them. BCM will then send us the deposit slips, so that we can update our records.

3) Auto Pay Method (BCM bank account holders only) – Parents can fill out an auto-pay authorization form in the school office. This must be done before November 16th, 2007 for the second installment to be processed using this method. The fees will be automatically transferred from your account one day before each installment’s due date. The second installment due date is November 30th, so funds would be withdrawn on November 29th.

4) Pay At School – Parents can still pay their fees at the school office, however if you do so, we encourage you to pay by cheque, so that we can limit the amount of money collected on site.
