Problem accessing pages?

Due to a change of server a few users may have experienced problems accessing parts of the TIS website. These problems are easily solved by clearing your browser cache. Below please find a list of instructions for clearing your cache using a variety of popular browsers:


Windows

Internet Explorer 7
  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options...
  2. Choose the General tab
  3. Under Browsing history, click Delete...
  4. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... and click Yes when prompted
  5. Click Close, and then OK to exit
Firefox 2.0
  1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data
  2. Make sure that Cache is ticked and click Clear Private Data Now

Mac OS X

Safari
  1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache...
  2. When prompted, click Empty to confirm that you want to empty the cache.
Firefox 2.0
  1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences...
  2. From the sheet that drops down, select Privacy. Click Clear Now...
  3. Make sure that Cache is ticked and click Clear Private Data Now
